Terms of Sale

- To maintain the product quality the best, most dresses are NOT in ready stock and are custom made as per individual customer requirements. Customization may take a few days extra depending on your request.

- Customized Order once placed cannot be canceled after 24 hours of placing the order. 

- The contact number and active email id should be mentioned while purchasing the product itself.

- Slight color variations possible due to differing screen and photographic resolutions.

- Crystals Beads and Sequins are put by hand, all hand embroidered dresses have it in the nature of the dress that a bead or two may fall. This is due to the nature of the hand making process. While shipping, a bead or two may come off and we provide special material packages with all our dresses.

- We do not share personal customer details with anyone outside Maxim Creation.
