- The dresses are customized as per your personal selections & it will take between 1 - 5 working days to custom stitch. Once Q.C. approved it is dispatched from our workshop unit in India.
- ONLY If the product is 'Not' as per the product detail we will exchange/refund for the item in FULL. Such a claim must be initiated by the customer within 14 days of the item being delivered. Customer needs to share images for the claim on our mail id , and once approved the return is processed.
- If the order/ garment arrives in a Damaged Condition, kindly click an image and mail us at firstname.lastname@example.org . We will instantly look into it and team will actively help you resolve it.
- Sale / Discount items are NOT covered for refunds/returns. Items bought with discount are NOT eligible for returns/refunds.
- The customer is responsible for return shipping & return handling charges.
- If the customer has provided incorrect measurements for custom stitching, the buyer is responsible for the same. There will be no refund/return provided for an incorrect size selection at the customer's end. These are personalized garments as per the customer's hand-picked selection.
- Special note : Slight color variations possible due to individually differing screen and photographic resolutions.
Easy steps for refund :
1. Kindly mail us at email@example.com for any grievances / issues with the product.
2. We would kindly request you to attach an image if there is something that has gone wrong.
3. Our dedicated team will revert in under 24 hours and we will try to resolve the issue 'completely' as soon as we receive your complaint.
4. If approved, the refund will be sent back to the same payment method as you used while buying the dress. From the date of refund approval , the money takes up to 5-7 business days to reflect back in your account/card.
